Bacterial Vaginosis :Vaginal infection

Bacterial Vaginosis as its name suggests is a mild infection caused by bacteria. It generally effect the vaginal part.Many women will suffer from Bacterial Vaginitis at least once in their lifetimes.

In general most of the women believe that vaginal part are affected by yeast infection however Bacterial Vaginosis is a very common vaginal infection which affect almost 20 to 70 percent of women.Bacterial vaginosis is not passed by sex and is not dangerous, but it can cause disturbing symptoms.
The very common symptoms of bacterial Vaginosis is discharge, odor, itching, burning or pain.Women sufferriong from this infection often have a strong fishy or unpleasant musky odor after sexual intercourse

There is no exact reason known for the causes this infection however the doctors or researchers discovered that it is due to the intercourse with multiple partners or with a new partner.
Bacterial Vaginitis may be painful, but in most cases it is easily curable with the right medications.
